Black Opal :: Ecclectica :: My Wish Lists

This is a terribly self-centred section of my website. but then it is my website and I can do what I want with it! :P

More seriously, I have these wish lists on a few commercial sites here and there, and frankly no-one knows about or cares about them. I started them to keep track of items I'd like to purchase for myself one day, but then recently I've thought it would be perhaps a good idea to make them more widely known to family and friends who might be puzzled as to what to get me for a present one day. With no obligation to have to purchase the exact items, or from the exact supplier, these lists might help out a prospective gift-buyer with a serious case of stumpedness.

Having established (however shakily) my motive for placing these here, let us move on (quickly).

There are also websites that have the sorts of items I really like, but which don't have wish lists (or I haven't set up a wish list with). they are here for the similar purpose of suggesting what sort of 'stuff' I like.

Now if I can only convince others to do the same so I can find something they want for a present . . . (hint hint)
